Requests and availability
Submitting the request form starts a conversation — it doesn't reserve dates or guarantee availability. Services are confirmed in writing before they begin.
Scope of services
The Busy Pet PA provides pet care, personal assistant and errand support, house sitting and property check visits, as described on this website and as agreed with you individually. Anything not agreed in advance isn't included.
What these services are not
- Not veterinary care. Medication may be administered as instructed by you, but nothing here is veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
- Not professional security. Property checks are visual, common-sense checks by a trusted person — not security monitoring, alarm response, or a home inspection.
- Not contractor supervision. During home waiting visits I provide access and presence; hiring, scheduling and oversight of any third-party contractor remains yours.
- Not continuous presence. Overnight and in-home stays follow agreed hours rather than 24-hour attendance.
Your responsibilities
- Accurate care instructions, including medications, temperament and anything that might affect safety.
- Reliable home access and working keys, codes or entry methods.
- Adequate supplies — food, litter, medication and cleaning items — for the period of service.
- Emergency contact details and your veterinarian's information.
Emergencies
If an animal appears unwell or a situation looks urgent, I'll try to reach you and your emergency contact. If neither is reachable and the situation calls for it, I may seek veterinary attention; related costs remain the client's responsibility.
Scheduling, changes and cancellations

Payment

Photos
Photos and short updates may be sent to you during service. Nothing is posted publicly without your permission.
